Registration
We are now doing camp registration electronically. Please click the appropriate link(s) below to register your child. Acceptance is on a first-come first-served basis and the number of slots is determined by our staffing level to ensure the safety of our campers and staff. New campers will require an intake interview.
Suffolk County Department of Health regulations require that we have a completed registration form and health form on file at the camp.
Registration forms are due by July 1, 2024. Applications received after that date will be accepted at the camp director’s discretion. If you cannot access the forms, please contact us for help.
Financial Aid
If needed, tuition assistance is available. To apply, complete the financial aid form and submit with the required supporting documentation.
Counselors In Training
We will be building on our successful CIT program, which allows campers age 14 to 17 to assist our counselors in a supervised capacity by adding a new junior counselor position for those campers who are more independent. Successful junior counselors could be considered for future employment at the camp.
Email the camp director to discuss eligibility at camp@fpf4autism.org
